How do I get help?
We are here to help, and offer different ways for you to contact us.

  •  Call customer service at (416) 249-9881 or 1-888-642-5388 and ask for Gift Registry. (Customer service is available during store hours)


How do I register?

There are several ways to register. You can choose any of the 2 choices below:
  1. You can create your registry online by clicking Gift Registry on the homepage.
  2. You can register in store with the help of our Gift Registry staff. (call or email to set up an appointment)

What does the Gift Registry Department do?
Our Gift Registry Department can help you customize and choose gifts for your registry to your specific needs by figuring out what products are going to work best with your lifestyle. It's a great place to start if you don't know what you need.

How do I add gifts to my registry?
Once your gift registry is set up, the easiest way to add products is online. Just log on to your registry and start shopping. When you find an item you'd like to register for, simply click the "add to registry" button on that product's page and it will be added. If you need assistance, you can check out the Gift Registry Checklist for suggested items. Also, you may come into the store and ask our gift registry department staff to assist you, or you may call our gift registry department.


What if I don’t finish setting up my registry now?
Not to worry as you are able to continually add and change products at anytime. Your registry is available online 24/7, so you can add to it whenever you want. Just select Manage Gift Registry from the Registry page.


Do you have the same items available in store and online?
All items are the same in-store and online, except that the store has a wide selection of Furniture items that are not available for online purchase. If you would like to add any furniture to your registry, please contact the registry department and they will add it for you.


Managing Your Registry

How do I access or update my registry online?
You should Click on Gift Registry on the homepage, and then look for Manage Gift Registry option and log in. Once you've logged in, you can modify your account settings, add or delete products, change quantities, and more. If you ever get stuck, just e-mail or call customer service. If you don't reach a service representative in person, your call or e-mail will be answered within 4 hours.


What if I forget my password or want to change it?
If you have forgotten your password, just look for the "forgot your password?" prompt underneath the login fields on the sign in page and you can have your password reminder e-mailed to you anytime. If you know your password, but would like to change it, log in to your Li'l Niblets account and select the "edit my account" link.


How long will my registry be available after the event?
Registries will be available both online and in stores for one year.


Sharing your Registry

How do I let my friends know where I’m registered?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to share your registry. You can send an email link to as many of your family and friends as you wish. Once you log into your registry through the Manage Registry button, you can click on Share Registry button which will prompt you for email addresses and will ask you how many addresses you want to add. Also, you can add a special note to your family and friends.


How else can my friends access my registry?
Your friends and family can shop your registry either online, by visiting the store or by calling the store and speaking with one of our helpful Gift Registry Department staff.


Completing your Registry

Where and how will my gifts be shipped?
When completing your registry, you have several options to collect all your gifts:

  1. If you requested to have items remain at the store: you can call the store to have them prepared for pick-up whenever you are ready. Alternatively, you can make arrangements with the store for delivery (delivery charges may apply).

  2. If you requested to have items shipped to you or the co-registrant: those items will be shipped as they are purchased by your family and friends.

  3. In some cases, the gift giver may choose to give you the gift in person in which case he/she is allowed to collect the gift directly from the store.
