At Li’l Niblets, we know you want your order, so we ship it quickly! Shipping costs are based upon a simple calculation of product dimensions and weight. Oversized items may incur a delay in shipping as there will be special delivery requirements. This delay will be noted in the tracking details of your order.Tracking numbers will be assigned to all packages and will be emailed with your order confirmation. Free shipping is applied to Canadian online orders with a minimum purchase of $40 before TAX. Free delivery only applies to online purchases, not phone or in store purchases. Free shipping only applies to regular Canada Post shipping, not expedited or priority shipping. Free shipping does not apply to gliders, furniture and mattresses. Purchaser may be also subject to additional shipping charges due to weight size or distance. Purchaser will be contacted within 2-3 days if additional charges apply. Shipping charges will be waived after your order has been placed. Please note we cannot ship larger items to a PO Box number. Should your address fall outside regular delivery areas, you will be contacted and notified of any additional shipping charges that apply.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Once you have placed your online order, a member of our team will process your order within 2-3 days. Orders that are placed during Canadian statutory holidays will be processed the following 2-3 business days.

How many days does it take for my order to be delivered?

The following estimated arrival dates are based on the location of your address given that all the items of your order are available in-store.

Toronto & the GTA: 4-5 days, Outside of the GTA but within Ontario: 7-8 business days; All other Canadian provinces: 2-4 weeks.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We do not ship outside of Canada.

My order is late, what can I do about it?

If you are having any problems with your order, please check the order status in your account. If the item is showing as shipped, you can track your package with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

Web Sales Returns?

Any purchases from the Li’l Niblets website can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, resalable and with a receipt of invoice.

Any returns after the 14 days will receive a credit up to 30 days. Products being returned require filling out a “return authorization form” which can be found on our site and email it to us in order to get an authorization to send back. Products sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Please note that special orders, undergarments, potty’s, diaper pails and sale merchandise are final sale.
